External Diagnostic Service

The External Diagnostic is service we do to verify a customer concerns or complaint  evaluating the performance and condition of your transfer case. It consists of two simple steps... this never costs you anything.

(1) A road test will be performed with the costumer if possible to verify the complaint

(2) Your car will be placed on a lift and the external linkage or controls will be inspected, plus fluid level checked and condition noted
