This External Diagnostic Service is a method of verifying a customer concern and evaluating the performance and condition of your transfer case. It consists of two simple steps...and never costs you anything.

1. A road test will be performed, if possible with the customer to verify the concern.
2. Your car will be placed on a lift and the external linkage or controls will be inspected, plus fluid level checked and the condition noted.
