External Diagnostic Service
The External Diagnostic Service is a method of evaluating the performance and condition of your automatic transmission. It consists of three or four simple steps... this never costs you anything.
(1) A Quality Transmission
technician will check the level and condition of your transmission fluid.
(2) A road test will be performed.
(3) Your car will be placed on a lift and the external linkage or controls will be inspected.
(4) If your vehicle is a 1990 or later model it will be placed on our diagnostic computer.
